Room Accommodations: Double occupancy in shared twin bedded rooms. Three rooms have private bathrooms while the remainder have shared bathrooms. Our accommodations overlook Mercatello’s main piazza where we will have exclusive occupancy at Palazzo Donati, a family owned historic residence with modern amenities. If you are traveling alone, we will pair you with another traveler of the same gender. If you would like a guarantee of a single room, a supplement of US$350 is required. (Please inquire for further information.)

NOTE: You will be notified when we reach the minimum number of 10 participants and can then proceed to make your travel arrangements.

Refunds: Payment is refundable in full minus a US$150 processing fee until May 1, 2024. For cancellations received after May 1, 2024, there will be no refund unless the space can be filled by May 15, 2024.
