In partnership with Borgo Metauro we offer a variety of accommodations perfect for solo travelers or colleagues attending together.

In addition to rooms at Palazzo Donati and Palazzo Ducale, our thoughtfully selected apartments are also conveniently located around the town's vibrant main piazza, enabling participants to fully engage with the local community.

A $500 deposit or payment in full is required to reserve a space. Confirmation and Receipt will be sent when payment is made in full. An Invoice for Balance Due will be sent for deposits. Balance payment is due upon receipt of invoice but no later than March 1, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be notified when we reach the minimum number of participants. At that point you can then proceed to make your travel arrangements.

Registration closes March 1, 2026 or when group is filled.

Refunds: Payment is refundable in full minus a USD $150 processing fee until March 1, 2026.

For cancellations received after March 1, 2026, there will be no refund.
