A $750 deposit or payment in full is required to reserve a space. Confirmation and Receipt will be sent when payment is made in full. An Invoice for Balance Due will be sent for deposits. Balance payment is due upon receipt of invoice but no later than August 1, 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be notified when we reach the minimum number of participants. At that point you can then proceed to make your travel arrangements.

Registration closes August 1, 2026 or when group is filled.

Refunds: Payment is refundable in full minus a USD $150 processing fee until August 1, 2026.

For cancellations received after August 1, 2026, there will be no refund.
