The cost includes program fee to Reggio Children, hotel accommodations for 5 nights, services provided by Angela Ferrario, U.S. Liaison for Study Groups to Reggio Emilia and by International Study Tours, LLC. North American Reggio Emilia Alliance (NAREA) members receive a $100 discount.

A $500 deposit or payment in full is required to reserve a space. Confirmation and Receipt will be sent when payment is made in full. An Invoice for Balance Due will be sent for deposits. Balance payment is due upon receipt of invoice but no later than February 2, 2026.

Five nights of accommodations are included, from check-in on Saturday, March 14, 2026, to check-out on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

To reserve a space, submission of Registration Form and $500 deposit per person is required.

Payment may be made by PayPal, credit card or check made payable to International Study Tours, LLC.

All payments are refundable in full minus a $100 processing fee until February 2, 2026. For cancellations received after February 2, 2026, no refund will be due.
